4 Stars for this chat system from GNTStudio. It’s quite useful and very easy to install. We’re actually planning to use it on our own website we like it so much.

They lose one star because we had to modify a bit too much to get things to work like we wanted but they can’t be expected to cover everything for everybody. Overall we think the administration is intuitive and easy to use. Online/offline status is great and it offers canned responses to save time replying to customers.

Available at codecanyon we recommend this to anyone looking for an inexpensive but effective live chat system. No need to spend a lot on monthly services, it’s a one time install and it’s yours forever.
